Selection - Candidates for each specific skill group go through a four-step selection process before they are presented to employers.

1	A tele-interview is performed with candidates to determine their suitability for the position.
2	Suitable candidates attend a face-to-face interview with a GlobalForce recruitment agent.
3	After further review, remaining candidates attend a final interview with a GlobalForce consultant who is a specialist in the area of their skill.
4	Finally, after psychological tests, successful candidates are presented to the employer with a complete profile report. Relocation & Support Service: Candidates that avail of the GlobalForce Relocation Programme will receive a complete turnkey solution for relocating to Britain or Ireland.
